I'm slowly grasping the whole idea of British Pantomime.
It's frickin' bizarre.
So... Dandini. One of the characters in probably the most well-known pantomime, Cinderella. Based off of a character in Rosini's opera of the same subject. Squire to Prince Charming. Me.

I'm not Canadian, but I do know that health care is a little weird there. You can get pretty good emergency care, but if you're going for a routine checkup or anything that isn't OMG URGENT you get put into a months-long queue. Also they're a little skittish about approving new procedures, medications, etc. - since everything is centralized they can't afford to approve something unless they're 150% sure it actually works better than the old stuff.

Um. Bad things? It's freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. It's huge but crowded in the southern area, Toronto and other big cities are absolutely filthy and gross, the school system is a bit fucked in the head, we have provincial tests that are total write-offs difficulty wise, our Prime Minister is a robot. Um. Despite French being our official second language, there's no effort to ensure that everyone can speak it. Uh. The weather sucks, people laugh at our money, and...we spawned Avril Lavign and Keanu Reeves?

That's about all I got. Hope it helps!
