Does anyone have some to offer. I am plum out.

We put a bid in on a house and now comes the waiting...I cant seem to sit still or hold a thought...this is by far the most stressful decision we have ever made.

On the up side we are gonna buy a house...Hell ya!...it is awesome too...Promise you will come to visit me (off Slaughter Ln)AHHHHHHHHHH

I assume you meant "patience"? Because I'm sure we could get you some patients. ;) I'm a mental one over here if you want to take me on!!!

But seriously, owning a home will be the most wonderful thing for you and your family. It was one of the best best things Lane and I ever did. The loan process will EAT YOUR BRAIN, so just hang in there. I hope you have a good person to guide you through it.

We will totally come visit you. You're my second friend to move south.

Congratulations! .. Though you can't really count chickens until you close on it, but still, awesome.

It's nice to have some day in the future to look forward to when you won't have to pay anybody money for your house except taxes, even if it is a couple of decades away, renting sucks.

My brother has been unemployed for many moons after paying off his house, traveled overseas twice, and just sits around and does whatever the hell he wants now. Of course, having children I'm not sure if you'll quite have THAT sort of luxury, but it's a big thing to (start) get(ting) out of the way.
