Propositions part one

Ok, you'll all get a real update. At this point I'm scheduling it for after the elections. Which are a week away. Which is why I'm posting this.

Not everyone bothers to read up on things before they vote. I do. I've also decided to give my opinions on the propositions and why I'm voting the way I am. Feel free to discuss.

a pregnant sow may not be confined until three days before her expected date of labor.

As a technical point, the proposition itself has, under the exceptions, a seven-day period before labor for pigs. Not sure that changes anything for you.

I'm formulating my own post on this one.

I just double checked that one. For some reason (maybe the original website I looked at) I thought it was three. Even if it's seven it still doesn't make much of a difference.
