Casting Call Meme...

Feb 27, 2007 15:11

I’m sure I have done this meme before but every so often I like to recycle good ones after a period of time has passed and my friends list has grown and evolved.  So if you answered this one before, answer it again anyway-maybe your opinion has changed.

If you were casting a movie based on your life, which actor would you cast as yourself?

Interesting choice. You still haven't seen Wedding Crashers yet, have you?

Yeh, about 6 months ago. I stole it from Kevin. It was ok, but it's not something I'd watch over and over.

I only mention it because your choice of actresses played a convincing nymphomaniac in it. ;-)

Me, because I can in this meme.

Otherwise, I guess Maggie Gyllenhaal. Or Meryl Streep.

I can see Maggie doing you. Wait...that didn't come out right.

If the movie is a romantic comedy? Drew Barrymore... I think she'd capture my laid back-ness and my awkwardness all at once really well...

If the movie is a drama? Scarlett Johansson I think. A blend between the character from "Ghost World" and "Lost in Translation"

What about you Kit? Who would play you?

Drew and Scarlett are good choices for you. :-)

I've always pictured James Spader, at least since I saw him in Sex, Lies and Videotape. A few people have said Ethan Hawke though, and I can see that too.

I think James Spader is an exellent choice. I think he'd be able to capture your "essence" (damn that sounds wonky), your mood? I guess that's better...

Ethan Hawke is a weird choice for me... He's a little too intense... I've never seen him do subdued...

Either Jeanane Garafolo Circa 1994 or Kate Winslet right around Eternal Sunshine.

Maybe.
