I went with "[F]reaking amazing." I used to work under an amateur magician and for a long time wanted to practice stage magic, so half the fun of the movie was figuring out the tricks before the movie explained them (I am a geek). The other half of the fun was how well written/acted the movie was. I was impressed by Bale, Jackman, Bowie, Johanson, and Caine.

Doubly impressed that Bowie actually played a passably serious character - I was worried how they would portray Tesla, but I felt the movie did a good job from making him seem "crazy" eccentric and did make him seem "scary-smart-obssessive" eccentric.
