I made this icon long time ago, but i tried to restore it. Okay, let's go:
1. Taking our base and sharpen it once.
2. New fill layer #002456 and set to exclusion.
3. New fill layer #9edeff and set to color burn.
4. Now take this texture (i don't remember who made it, but i'm sure that credit is my resources, if not, let me know), move it a bit lo left and set to screen. this is what you must have.
5. Now we're adding this brush.
6. It's time for text.. i used "violation" 2pt #001c41 and wrote "coffee" right inside that brush. And we have this.
7. I wanted my icon to become more cream, so i duplicated exclusion layer two times and moved than to the top.
8. Now i like the result, but i want it to be a bit darker. Add new fill layer #e6e6e6 and set to color burn. Not dark enough, so i duplicated this layer.
And you're done :D
