1) Make a Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer
Increase the Saturation to +47

2) Make a Levels Layer
Reds: 19, 0.56, 240
34, 255
Greens: 9, 1.18, 255
19, 238
Blues: 0, 1.20, 255
0, 249

3) Make a new Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer
Set the Saturation t +23
And set the Hue +6
