I was doing my Research Journal.
The topic is abuse.

I read it. I continued connecting myself, I began to cry.

Everything I read impacted me.
All I thought is, "I need to get out of this house."

It hasn't been too bad lately, but 16 years makes an impact even if it isn't recent.
Just reading this brought me to tears and frustration
