Like I was saying though, I have to eat something at night otherwise I can not sleep. Just under 100 calories. Its kinda what I have done today also! But if you are ok with me and my low cal fasting I am def. in with you. How long do you want to go for? Yes, it does give so much control back. The peace of not worrying about what to eat, when to a eat. For us it is a break from all that calorie counting. I think we should. Let me know :) Tristan

I'm not so sure about fasting I can do the 100 cal thing as of today! lets start. When I focus on fasting I end up giving in and than binging purging.
