ZOMG I totally spazzed when I saw you updated this! I've been waiting for it since I read I've Never Asked back in August. And would you believe I loved it so much I started a continuation, despite the knowledge that you were working on a sequel? I've long since stopped, knowing it would someday become AU within an AU, but that just shows I really have no patience.

*moving on...*

This was utterly fab, my dear, but I love you, so I could be biased. There's something different about this one though- pacing wise, maybe? I can't quite put a finger on it. It's sad and sweet and twisted my heart, too. But the biggest thing I want to bring up, is that I think it's clever that you've been able to create a character I've become completely attached to and I don't even know her name. That's a key thing, the way you've done this, or at least I took it as one when reading it.

*sigh* You are made of win. I'll have questions I'm sure, after I calm down from my spazz-attack, but for now... thank you, thank you!

Thank you so much. I am so pleased that you liked it - AND that you were waiting for it! ♥

I'm tell pumpkinpasty what her name is, and you can check below, because I can't tell whether you want to know or whether you think that would spoil it.

Thank you!

Um. OKAY.

I don't get jealous often, you know, but right now? I AM GREEN WITH ENVY. BECAUSE THIS IS SO AWESOME.

It's just -- I love this. I love Harry's daughter, and the complexity of the things she feels about Harry and Ginny is just - so - real, I guess. And she's perfect -- flawed, naturally, but everything she feels seems to fit, to make sense. It's always a bit of a risk, creating OCs, but of course you own at this. ♥

It's such a strange perspective for us, having 'known' Harry and Ginny, and that just makes all of this so much BETTER, if that makes any sense. It's a bit sad -- you feel her frustration, her reluctant curiosity, etc. so clearly, and it's just -- YOU ARE SO BRILLIANT. asdfkajsldf I don't even know what else to say. *INCOHERENCE ETC*

P.S. THIS TITLE IS SO FTW.

P.P.S. Does Harry's daughter have a name? Have I just spaced and missed it? NAME HER DAMMIT (not lily pls)

P.P.S. I also love singlemom!Ginny. She is kickass, naturally.

Lolz, I just realized rubee_dupree asked the same thing about Harry's daughter.

You know, I just read an entire 600 page novel written in first person with an awesome narrator that HAD NO NAME. It was, quite possibly, the most frustrating thing EVER. It was also awesome.

This reminds me of that.

It's brilliance, isn't it? Ah, the wonders of good writing ; )

♥♥♥ Thank you.

I miss you.

P.S. GOOD.

P.P.S. Violet. Harry asked for "something colourful".

P.P.P.S. I have somewhat of a fetish for singlemom!HP characters. Including this fic, I have written four completely separate ones. Damn you, epilogue!

D'ya mean Rebecca?

I just went and read "I've Never Asked" and then read this one, and, wow... I don't know what to say. At first I wasn't going to read either, because I was like, "I don't know if I want to read a story about dead Harry..." But it was so well done, and so sweet... The first one made me feel like I was going to cry for pretty much the entire story. It was so fun to be watching the adults from Harry's daughter's POV, and when they would reference things that she had no idea about (like "Something Place"! Hahah, that was great), and then to be the reader who's in on the joke and actually knows what the parents were talking about. That was very cool ( ... )

even though we know about Harry and his life, there's still this atmosphere of mystery and that untouchable past that can never quite be grasped
Oh, thank you! ♥__♥ Thank you for the wonderful review!
