Right well, I'm headed out to Kansas City in the morning. My room mate tried to cheer me up by singing the song from Oklahoma "I went to Kansas City on a Friday..." Alas her attempt failed. I've already completely lost control of my friends list, which makes me sad because I know how many wonderful icons, fics, and nick-nacks I'm missing. I

Have fun in Kansas City! You can actually look forward to some remotely decent weather--if you don't mind the thunderstorms forecasted to continue keeping the heat in check, anyway.

Thank you, I sincerely hope I get the chance to check the weather out. There's some very lovely buildings I saw on the way to the hotel. I'm used to thunderstorms by now.
