It has more to do with closeness, contact- usually it has to involve skin to skin contact. Brings other than my people... well- [Sie reaches out now and lightly brushes on Aerith's hand. It's only a light contact, so it shouldn't feel like much at all. Only a very light "static" type charge]

Truth be told, I've never felt it, so I don't know how to describe it. My roommate at the University has described it like a little flutter?
