My headaches are back. Who am I fuckin kidding, they never really left. I've been having migraines for about 6 months now. Today was a bad day. I always think they will never go away when they arrive. I think my head is going to throb my eye is going to pop or burn up in flames and i'm going to puke forever. Meds are crazy expensive. I dunno how regular people are supposed to afford them. Even with insurance, they are stupid expensive.

Sorry to hear you're still having those migraines.
I hope the bastards get off their asses and help you get some meds.

Only 9 pills???? And I thought I was getting screwed by only being allowed 16 Imitrex a month by my insurance company! (Because, hey, there are some months that 16 wouldn't have cut it.) :-(

Have you seen a neurologist about the migraines? Maybe it is time to think about preventative drugs? I actually had good success with some of the drugs until my sulfa allergies kicked in, particularly the topamax. I'm taking 250 mg of B1 these days, twice a day, and at least it does seem to make them milder.

I get a total of 16 pills every 42 days.

Yes I did go see a neurologist and that was a nightmare in itself. He was a real jerk and put me on a really old antidepressant that had a butt load of side effects. I have another appointment with another neurologist. But of course they are booked almost 2months in and then the Dr. won't be in the office on my original date so it's been pushed into December.
