It's always good to have some variation in your training, though, and climbing those 160 steps would be bloody tiring and thus excellent conditioning... (Am I just trying to persuade you to do really knackering things? That's horrible of me, isn't it!;p)
No not horrible at all, you're totally right! I always usually do the steps because they are fantastic training. The only reason I skipped them today was because I wanted to get an accurate idea of how I'd feel after just the running (I know I'm always knackered after the steps!) - I'll be doing the steps next time don't worry!
