Deficit here, deficit there, deficit everywhere...

I wake up, tumble out of bed, start the coffee.  Sit in front of the computer and have a look at the news.  Schwarzenegger's talking about selling off real California real estate - including San Quentin Prison, of all things - to get some cash flow 2 to 5 years from now.

What the hell is happening here, people?  Everywhere I turn, I'm hearing

Agreed. While I didn't have a problem with the war on terror, I thought it was very shortsighted to increase spending while decreasing taxes. I can't operate that way. I can't take a job that pays me less while also buying more things. Somehow the government thinks that's how you're supposed to live.

Obama's plans have been even radically more worse than Bush's. If we got into this problem by spending money that we don't have. How do we think that the answer is to spend even more money that we don't have.
