Hope the new unit works out for you! Can they actually refuse your transfer? Used to be you got your conditional release and went wherever, so long as you were on somebody's roster within six months. Have things changed for the worse in the last 20+ years?

My evil colonel signed my transfer paper, and the Mesa unit actively wants me on their books. So Master has given Dobby a sock, and Dobby is free.
