*pets you* I suppose if you wanted to savor it. ^_^ I finished in 7 hours (probably a little more). To be precise, I noticed my speed was 50 pages per 30 minutes.
yea see. I read about 10-15 pages every 12 minutes. it varies so that's the best I got. my attention tends to wonder through long descriptive passages with no dialogue and I'll skip ahead til I find some to get my attention back together. maybe it also didn't help that I had NO memory of what happened in book 6 and i kept thinking about that. I know I'm a slow reader. Always have been. It's never stopped me. But it is a bit strange to hear all these reactions together.
7 hours!!!! holy wow. I envy you and my roommate. she read book 6 in a day, and it's longer than book 7. I should have let her read it first, though she would probably have declined.
yea. I get distracted. It really causes a problem sometimes. Whenever I have 2 pages laid out I tend to skim over to the second page for a paragraph or so then go back. it's just how it is. so I got halfway the first day (14 hours) then finished the rest much faster (10 hours) more action means more concentration.
