Also, I'm trying to write something. It's supposed to be a semi-comedic piece, but I've realized that I've only written comedy once, and it didn't turn out so hot. Maybe I just suck at being funny.

So I'm reading a book (Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist). So I'm listening to my iPod (Northstar). So I'm approaching a railroad crossing. So the gates go down and the lights flash and the ding ding ding begins.

It's in the same meter and key as the song on my iPod

I take it as a sign from God.
