Well for the past two weeks I've been dieting and working out a little. I've also started drinking more water and getting more b vitamins.

This am my lower back started to hurt. Now I am laid up in bed. I didn't completely throw my back out -- I've done that before and haven't been able to move. But shawn is ordering me to stay in bed b/c he doesn' ( Read more... )

sounds like what i did when i first started exercising. gotta start out slow and work UP to booyeah! I'd just lay it easy, take some tylenol or whatever you use, let your body relax and see how you feel tomorrow.
Exercise should HURT but it's a good feeling of hurt. Not oyglayven.
