So, hkr had a hissy fit yesterday and deleted Livejournals FFXI Community. What gets me is a) all that information lost and b) all those people who probably will never get back together in one community. I said this elsewhere, but it's essentially like taking your ball and going home. Pretty much as childish as you can get. And all that stuff about the sound of 1300 geeks being cut off is just retconning to make it all look planned out. Which it wasn't.

He's pretty young, I think, so not all that surprising, but man, that is some childish ass shit.

Basically he was losing an argument and in a fit of pique, deleted it. I have no problem with the initial thing of him asking to put youtube stuff behind an lj cut, thats fine, sucks to have stuff like that on dial up, but to then go emo cause he was losing an arguement, to start swearing and troll, and delete it? Ya, the sign of a very young person...
