So many things to catch up on... I don't really know where to start. Hey, how about pretending I don't need to catch up on anything? Works for me. Sure, many little things happened over the last month, things I would normally share with you but the truth is, why bother now? I have too many episodes of Top Gear and Never Mind the Buzzcocks to watch

I will never understand how these shows can afford high-end actors, impressive sets and tonnes of fake hospital equipment, but not a consultant who actually undertook any kind of training.

Seriously. When I retire, I'm so becoming a tv consultant. A competent one too!

Please do, another mistake like that will kill me. I can sit through 30 episodes of Star Trek, watching them slaughtering biology, basic laws of physics or good old logic but say one thing like that on a show like CSI (I'd stopped watching it for over a year after taking a course in Forensic Entomology) or House and I fall on the ground, twitching.

See, I love CSI, but sometimes, when I watch, I get these attacks and I just have to shout at the screen - "That's not what a neck cross-section looks like, you morons! Pick up an Anatomy DVD!"

Then, Huw pats me on the arm and tells me it's just a tv show. At which point, I hit him.
