Recall that we haven't had heat since June, when the oil boiler died. We'd already been talking about/planning to switch to gas, so this was the boot in the ass we needed

We have propane. Not sure what your town's requirements are but as Burlington doesn't have gas lines we have a tank.

Glad you will have heat, sorry it's been such a pain.
