Only one thing, sometimes it's difficult to keep track of who is speaking and that's because you keep all of the dialogue [regardless of who the speaker is] in one paragraph. Generally, every time someone new starts speaking a new paragraph starts. Doing this would go far to lessen some of the "who is the speaker??" confusion. It also lessens eye strain so the reader isn't hit with a wall of unbroken text. LOL.
