Make your base. Duplicate it, set it to Screen, 100%.

Add a Color Balance Layer. Plug in the following settings:
Shadows: +23 -22 -17
Midtones: +100 +23 -10
Highlights: 0 0 0





Add a new Hue/Saturation layer. Increase the saturation by +23.


Create a new layer. Fill it with #002157. Set it to Exclusion, 57%.


Create a new layer. Fill it with #C69C6D. Set it to Multiply, 30%.

Add a Color Balance layer. Plug in the following settings:
Shadows: +25 -9 +12
Midtones: +19 -15 -32
Highlights: 0 0 0





Add a new Hue/Saturation layer. Increase the saturation by +17.

Create a Selective Color layer. Plug in the following settings:
Reds: +38 +40 -15 0Magentas: +100 +100 +100 0Yellows: +100 +100 -28 0Whites: 0 0 0 0Greens: +100 +34 -79 0Neutrals: -10 -14 -14 0Cyans: +42 +22 -29 0Blacks: 0 0 -44 +68Blues: +80 +100 +100 0
