I read a blog post on that when it came out nearly 2 months ago. :P

I wonder if it'll affect the MYTH/FACT pamphlets people like to put out... since the MYTH part seems to be detrimental.

I hope so. I kind of hate those. I consider myself a rational, intelligent person. But the problem is that my memory is only so-so. And the way those myth/truth things are presented is they present plausible information on both sides and then tell you which ones are true. I know my memory can't handle that. I can remember the things I read fairly well, but the extra little bit just doesn't stick ( ... )

I've noticed a lot of gay equality bloggers, for example, saying "gay people are just like everyone else" and that sort of wording (ie, not using "not different.) I wonder what impact that could have.

This makes me cry a little inside. I like the psychological aspects, but dude... seriously?!

And is that really what the Arab world thinks happened on Sept 11? o.O

I think it's the 9/11's image in the Arab world that scares me most. Clearly we're not winning the Information Warfare war.

Recently, I've become increasingly fascinated with human irrationalities. This exceedingly depressing article hits a couple of nails on the head simultaneously.
