I have no idea if anyone on my list cares about DDR anymore (maybe someone on fb or twitter does?) but what they hey. Just picked up the new DDR bundle for PS3 so I'm ( gonna talk about it )
Yeah, I have a couple PS2 DDR pads and loads of older game editions all of which *technically* can work through by back-compatible PS3, but messing with adapters every time I set up was kind of a PITA. (And my old launch-gen PS2, in addition to not being hooked up, is pretty unreliable at this point.) Much nicer to have a native set-up again. And I'm hoping downloadable songs will give it a lot of legs.
I love DDR, but haven't played at home since spraining my ankle last April. I am, I think, way less adept at it than you must be, though. Lack of coordination: can haz! But it's really fun.
Eh, I'm only middling decent at DDR - I top out at around 6 or 7 foot difficulty unless I've been practicing. anacoluthon down there can dance rings around me. ;)
Well, we also didn't move them because we played DDR a grand total of once since the previous time we'd moved. I figure we can get another set if we ever feel like playing again, although I'd probably be more likely to swing by an arcade that has a real machine first.
