The sleeping one that you've highlighted is one of the biggest, in my view. I think lack of sleep can shoot your immune system to hell without help. The other one is avoid stress - which, again, is far easier said than done.
Massive levels of vitamin C (1000 units-which-I-can't-remember or more) and a lot less adrenalin. That latter one's a problem for me too. Lack of sleep really screws me as well, but adrenalin's the killer, and both stress and excitement are going to load you up with that.
Oh, also - you're going to hate this - I think some part of you feels the need for constant crisis. It's the only explanation for the constant crisis. (Seriously - as long as I've known you you've had one thing or another going on.) So, I reckon, do a bit of talking to your innards and see if you can figure out why that might be.
