Woohoo! Yes, I have once more entered the kitchen and once more emerged victorious (and full). The project this time: peanut butter thumb-print cookies. I have six left, plus a bit of extra dough in the fridge. I am making them last because they are made of awesome and win (and peanut butter and jam), and they seem to be keeping nicely.

I love thumbprint cookies! As an alternative, my sister makes peanut-butter cookies kind of like this but with chocolate kisses instead of jam. Tastes a bit like reeses cups. :)
