So they finally released the in-progress transcripts and a list of what courses will be available next semester, since there's a meeting over fall registration tomorrow for freshmen. I've already pretty much figured out what art classes I'm hoping to take (Drawing and Life Drawing II, and an Illustration I course that isn't 6 hours in the middle of ( Read more... )

I was thinking about taking chemestry over the summer at SSC, but its almost $200 per credit hour, and its just not worth it...Although the prospect of finishing in less then 4 years is mega appealing

I'm only planning on doing it because my school has some sort of tuition-waiving agreement with SSC for up to 2 classes per year, and my mom might be able to get fees waived, too.

Your school might have agreements like that with other local colleges, so it's worth a look.

Thats wicked cool, although I doubt my school would have such an affiliation with a school that has an anywhere near convient location :(. nor does my mom work at a college. Plus I started thinking about just how much I value doing nothing and reconsidered.

Yeah, going to a school out of state can be pretty inconvenient.

But having an entire summer break to do nothing is indeed a wonderful thing. <3
