The summary scared me for a minute! God, Tsuyoshi is totally the kind that would replay the unpleasant scenarios in his mind to get himself ready.
Aah, I'd love to see that ring on Koichi's fingr again...

I wasn't sure what to put on the summary. XP (The current summary is a lie! But otherwise it's going to spoil the second half! =D;;; (As if the first half weren't an obvious setup...))

I admittedly didn't do a thorough research on whether Kouichi ever wears a ring on any of his fingers... Tsuyoshi sort of negates any meaning by wearing many and often, but Kouichi doesn't seem to wear any.

Yes, an unexpected ending makes me twice as happy!

Actually he did, like in 1997, some magazines feature him wearing Chrome Hearts jewelry like bracelets and rings. There were other brands, too, but those I don't think he owned. I've seen Tsuyo wearing that brand in those days, too - looked like a present, heh.
The fact Koichi doesn't fancy any hand jewellery now adds to the fact he wore some string bracelets on his Korea tour and on some SDKs, made me think that's kind of an amulet from Tsuyoshi - not that we'll ever know...
And as for Tsuyoshi's rings, I think I said that before - they make me smile every time like he's saying "straight or gay, I'M TAKEN".

Thanks for all that info! =))) I'll have a good time fantasizing Tsuyoshi gifting Kouichi with all sorts of hand jewelry short of a straightforward ring, well BECAUSE.

And from now on I'll also enjoy watching Tsuyoshi and his rings and thinking of your rendition of his proclamation. XD Seriously, that guy got me uselessly excited once when I spotted a golden band on his left ring finger (married to Kouichi??). And then I saw an identical one on his right (married to... himself, then??). XP

I loved this. The angsty first half was spot on in it's characterisation and Koichi being unexpectedly sweet... well, it's unexpected. Though, not THAT unexpected these days what with his proclamations to Tsuyo that's just a tad short of saying I MISS YOU
