Guess what!?!

I GOT A JOB!!!

Now I'll actually have some money once in a while while I'm here in Nowhere Land Minnesota.

I only get paid $7.10, and I can't work more than 8 hours a week, though I doubt I'll even work that much, but I get a little extra spending money!

congratulations!! where are you working? and what do you mean only $7.10?? i start at $6.25 at target! but YAY for having a job and thus money!!

I'm working at a place called the La Fave house. It's a place right off campus that services the campus. We make all the decorations for around campus and the chancellor's dinners are there and we make the stuff for that. Sometimes there are visitors. Right now there are two people from England staying there. SO my job is pretty much to do stuff. Today I'm making little party favor things, i get to put mixed nuts and candy corn in baggies and make them pretty.

Well, seeing as how I was making $8.75 an hour this summer and I only get to work a few hours a week, thats not a lot.

YAY for money!!
