I'm pretty much planning on just going no meat for a while. I don't eat fish anyway, so that won't be a problem. I couldn't go vegan because I like milk and cheese and eggs and stuff too much!
I don't think I mentioned it before. I just decided that I would like to see if I could go vegetarian. I'm pretty sure it will only help my health, and my bank account since meat is so expensive. Well, so is produce, but if you're gonna cut one out, it might as well be meat.
My smoothie was: 2 banana's cut into chunks 1 cup frozen strawberries- if you get a 10oz container and thaw them, just put the whole thing in 1 8oz container vanilla low-fat yogurt 3/4 cup milk (I used skim)
I blended all these together, and it tasted too much of bananas, so I poured some orange juice in and blended until nice ams smooth. It will make a few servings, depending on how big your glass is. I'm guessing if you cut up like a cup of fresh strawberries, that would probably work too, but the frozen ones are presliced and probably cheaper.

Did you mention this before? Because I don't remember it. I remember wanting to ask what you put in your smoothies tho!
