Fanbook to Kusanagi Sensei~A Success

So as I mentioned on my 2015 year post I was one of the organizers of a birthday fanbook to Kusanagi-Sensei the manga-ka of Akatsuki no Yona. It was just a random idea I came up with in the Akayona Skype chat. Luckily it came a success because Panda stepped up and volunteered to help in a big way translating all messages in English and Spanish in

How special that you were able to be a part of making something like that and that you know the gift was received and appreciated! That is awesome! How great that the fandom is so nice, too! That is definitely a treasure.

Thank you...I don't think it would have turned out as well as it did if the Akayona fandom was not as lovely as it was. Active and friendly fandoms like this are pretty rare so you are right they are a treasure.

Ah sorry L did mention to me some time back that you helped with some of the translations (I didn't know specifically how many and did forget until you mentioned it).

Of course you should definitely get credit for that. And when I finally get the e-book up I will absolutely make sure to mention that specifically in the book. You are in the acknowledgement section of the book sent to Kusanagi but I'll be more specific in the version the fandom will see (I will have to ask L what her roommates each did too).

But I mentioned the chibis here because I really loved them (although I keep forgetting you drew Murky's cow too). And on a side note I love that you paired up Jaeha and Yoon...not sure if that was random or not but they are my two favorites besides Yona.

This was just a quick personal post since so few people actually read this journal these days. But thanks for all your help with the project.

I was very happy for all the people who submitted that all their work was appreciated by Kusanagi. It's a lovely fandom and she comes off as a lovely person too. I was definitely thrilled by her response.
