This was a complete Big Finish week as I didn't listen to anymore missing serials yet. I am having a hard time deciding what to listen to next. Obviously I am interested in everything I bought but there are some stories that interest me more than others. Do I save those for last or do I listen to them when my excitement is most high. I haven't heard Dying Light yet, but I loved both Apocalypse Mirror and Shadow of Death. Actually, Shadow of Death was my first Big Finish, so it holds a special place in my heart for that reason.

But Jamie is adorable in Apocalypse Mirror--him addressing the people is definitely one of my overall favorite Jamie moments. X3

I loved that scene too, but I felt Apocalypse Mirror was missed opportunity as a companion chronicle. Like I said above I think companion chronicles are best when they actually further explore the companion. A story that tied around Jamie getting used to traveling in the future would have been fascinating, but instead all we got was the one speech. The rest of the story had little to do with Jamie, despite him basically narrating the whole thing.

Dying Light definitely has a lot of nice scenes and I think every Jamie companion chronicle is worth listening to at least once (biased lol) but I felt the overall story was just fair.

My first BF was the Sealchian Gambit which I also recommend. It's a lot of fun. :)

All of these stories sound very interesting. I really need to look into more audios.

They can get a bit pricey though.

If you want something cheap with Frazer reading as Jamie & the Doctor I recommend Nameless City which is a pretty good short story

And If you are interested in other Doctors there is the First 50 of the main range which are only $2.99 each and have some absolutely brilliant stories. They are full cast audios featuring Doctors 5-8.

I also love all the companion chronicles and lost stories with Jamie but they are a bit more money.

I'm a bit confused by Amazon's page. Is it only available on Kindle? [I don't have one.] Also, what's audible? [I don't use iTunes.]

The audiobook is released through audible which is an amazon company. I do listen though my Ipod but I am sure that isn't the only way to listen but I am not sure honestly.
