Favorite Star Trek episodes

I should be doing work really should be doing work but instead I am finally going to write up my favorite Trek episodes. I still have not seen them all but I am pretty sure I've seen all the important ones. I've even seen some of the notoriously bad ones like Spock's Brain lol so I think I have a pretty good idea of what are the top episodes

Very interesting choices! The Tholian Web is the one Lisa wanted me to see, back when I could actually get network videos to play without going out of sync. I'll have to try checking some of these others out somehow!

That Western one sounds particularly intriguing, especially the reversal of the good guy/bad guy roles.

Tholian Web was one of the first episodes I really fell in love with. Although as a Spock/McCoy fan along with Immunity Syndrome it is probably the best episode for those two. Lots of character development.

As for Spectre of the Gun I just think Westerns oddly work for Star Trek. It also works for me me because of the very dreamy out wordly atmosphere. I guess with Ok Corral there is debate about who were the good guys even though the popular tale always makes it out to be the Earps and Holliday. But that is one Western story I have seen more than once, but it's fun to revisit it in a very different way.
