I actually have not heard of the series before but from everyone's reaction it seemed I missed out.

I was okay with Ponyo but yeah it wasn't a favorite of mine. Personally I am hoping it is better than the last couple of Ghibli films. The trailer does look promising.

Oh maaaaan, I had no idea. I LOVE the Borrowers books, and I love Ghibli, so I am stoked!

I am going to have to look up these Borrowers books now. But the trailers alone got me stoked for this movie. :)
