So after I post about the Mushishi anime news comes out that the Mushishi manga is finishing in Japan at Volume 10. I had bought the first 2 volumes but had held off from purchasing the rest because I didn't want to start any unfinished series. However now that it is finishing up in Japan and America is already up to Volume 5 I figured now is a ( Read more... )

btw this is Yami XD Logged under something else.

I have all of RuroKen too. I think that, Missing, Tenshi Ja Nai and Count Cain/Godchild are my only completed series.

I have half of Death Note, most of Pet Shop of Horror, Trigun, FMA and YGO.

Only really collecting Black Sun Silver Moon at the moment, 7 vols total and vol 6 is suppose to be out now, cant find it though :/ Well that and Ghost Hunt but I have to wait forever for the manga to be released here and in Japan.

I have 4 vols of GetBackers and a few of One Piece, dont plan on getting anymore.

Gah now I want to go look at my manga collection XD

I should do a post like this.

I should do a post like this.

You should I think it is fun to read other people's collections and it gives me ideas of other series that are out there. I have not even heard of some of the series up there that you listed. :)

I definitely think Mushishi could go on much longer it is just that type of story but at the same time I am happy it is ending because now I can collect it. I made pact with myself that from now on I will only buy manga I know I will finish. Which is why I switched to collecting shorter and finished series.

Now Ranma was one of the first manga series I collected but at the time I was just getting into anime/manga so I wasn't a big "collector". I would read each volume in the store as it came out and if I liked that volume I would buy it so that explains why I don't have all of Ranma. The rest I just lost interest in or they were too long.

But in general it seems Spain is much better at releasing manga in a timely fashion than the States. We are way behind you on so many series even ones that I think Spain licensed after us.

And Inuyasha is 56 volumes apparently.

That's true I always say it is better to be left wanting more then to get tired of something.

Right now the only thing I read that I don't buy is One Piece and that is just because it is way too long.
