Otakon has a tenative schedule of the panels already (subject to change). What is really neat about this is you can actually log into Otakon and save the events you are interested in an online Event Planner. Why did I never realize this before ( Read more... )

Ooh I just realized my coding was off :)

I like to keep busy during the con although there is no guarantee I will end up going to all of these. But the Kappei Yamaguchi events are definite at least.

And Jam Project :D

I want to attend most of those panels too. And maybe the Yuri Lowenthal Q&A, because I'd like to get his autograph. >.>

Btw, question: where's the hotel you're staying at and how many people other than me want to share?

EDIT: Oh damn, the Hellsing Premiere is at the same time as the Bandai panel?! D: *going through the event schedule now*

If the Yuri Lowenthal thing doesn't conflict with anything I would like to go to that too. Although it would be sort of amusing if I got him to sign my subbed Gurren Lagann DVD. XD

The hotel is the Radisson. It's the same one we stayed in the first Otakon we met up. And there should be 5 of us (including me and you) in total. Ochazuki and her sister and cousin. But I got a double this time so there should be room. :)

Sounds like a fun schedule! (And this is without main events and concerts, which means it'll be even MORE fun!) I want to meet Kappei Yamaguchi. :< Perhaps he'll come to Anime Expo sometime if Otakon is a positive experience for him. Best of luck getting an autograph!

Yayyy Last Unicorn. ♥ I've met Peter twice, and he's just the sweetest person ever. He'll be more than happy to sign your book. (I have three books and a DVD signed by him so far, hahaha.)

I hope you find the Kino figure! I looked for it in the Anime Expo dealer's room by never did come across it. :/ That dealer's room is HUUUUUUUUUUGE, though, so it's possible I overlooked it despite spending many hours in there.

Peter S. Beagle was at Otakon last year but he only had a booth in the Dealer Room so I couldn't find him. I am really happy he is coming back.

And I somehow doubt I will find the Kino figure. Unfortunately the Otakon dealer room is overrun by Naruto and Bleach but you never know what a particular dealer can have.

And I hope Kappei will come to CA for you. :)
