Anyways now that the new X-Files movie is coming out Fox has decided to milk the fans and release another DVD set with new extras. The DVD is called revelations although I have no idea why because the episodes themselves have no common theme

1) The Pilot S1
2) Beyond the Sea S1
3) The Host S2
4) Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose S3
5) Memento Mori S4

They invented the term ship? o__o! I had no idea. Would you mind enlightening me on that further? 'cause it sounds interesting. ^^

Well I don't know the exact details or how it came to be. But X-Files was the first fandom to use the term "ship" for a pairing. Apparently you could see it used for Mulder/Scully back in 96.

Pokemon was the next fandom to use it for Jesse/James but that wasn't until 1998.

After that everyone started using it. :)

The set seems nice, lucky me I won't buy it either because it probably woudn't come out over here.

I also realized there is no ship manifesto for Mulder/Scully what the hell they invented the term Ship. I would love to do it but I know that it would be way too hard since there is so much about that relationship and I don't think I could do it justice by myself. It would be fun to do with someone else or as a group effort though

I feel for you considering most shows I enjoy aren't from the US. I am lucky with the X-Files.

Well maybe eventually. It was just a random thought because I don't have the time to dedicate to a manifesto of that magnitude right now. I might write something not as detailed in my own journal about their relationship though. I've been thinking about it. :)

Oh yes, eventually, I don't have the time do it either >.> !!! because a manifesto about MRS...It's something that deserves an entirely vacation of research. =D
