Hahah everyone hates David Moo but me, I swear. I seriously love his Xelloss. Possibly my most unpopular fandom opinion ever? And don't get me wrong, I absolutely hate dub Sanji. >>

I am actually behind on Saiunkoku too. Well I watched all of the 1st season but gave up on the second one since the subs are so slow. And yes Mononoke is a must :)

And I think have irrational hate for David Moo LOL. XD

OMG slayers is one of the WORST dubs ever made by america. especially xelloss' whiny nasal voice. please do not watch it dub. it's not bad... but yes, xelloss' voice ruins it for everyone

My Slayers files have the option for English audio, but I was never curious to try it out. Good to know I should avoid it :/

It actually isn't bad except for Xellos voice, but he is so bad that I think it completely ruins it. :(

I am one of those people who loves the Slayers dub (Lisa Ortiz *is* Lina to me, ect). But yes, David Moo really ruins the whole thing.

HOWEVER, his performance is rendered dazzling by ADV's shitty shitty dub of the Premium movie.

That shocks me that there can be someone worse than David Moo. wow!

But yeah I agree that Lisa Ortiz is fantastic as Lina. I do like Megumi a lot as well though.

If you ever ask yourself "how could a dub be any worse?" the answer is that it could be done by ADV.

Although ADV's Princess Tutu dub is excellent. :)
