I started yelling when I saw Kira's forelock. Also, this is totally a throwback to the flashback of them in the academy. Shuuhei says essentially the exact same thing Gin does when he and Aizen show up to save the day (Er, sort of). Does this mean Kira's getting his wish to be as strong as a captain...? I DON'T KNOW, BUT SOMEONE MESSED WITH HIS MOMO.

I am so happy to be a part of this community today. In general Bleach communities I have been seeing outrage that Kubo had the girls rescued by boys. But here I can fangirl over the shippy sweetness of it.

All the same for me ! I was squeeing on Kira all the way ! (Even if I would have liked better them teaming up than him protecting her... but even this way, it's still good !)

This was the happiest part of the chapter for me. I couldn't stop squeeing on the inside. It's just, so sweet, and, so beautiful at the same time. It's lovely, despite the grotesque situation. The idea of being rescued by friends in such a quick yet swift manner, it's moving. I cherish the fact that it was Izuru who used kidou to break Momo's fall.
