First of all I have been reading my F-list quite frequently even though I may not have responded hugs to you all.

Thanks PGH! I love to cook on the stove top or BBQ but I hate baking mainly because you have to measure things.

It is very difficult to manage a camera and flap you arms at the same time.

Great pics:D Well haven't you been busy! More than i've done in ages,i really need to cut down on my salt intake,i guess i could start with stopping eating out of my hand LOL.

You still some iodine salt. I use every once in awhile and I really don't eat much food from boxes.

I got Adidas Fitness Fresh I like perfumes that smell clean not flowery or spicy.

I love your list, Kir! Getting a life can put anyone in a better mood and you certainly sound happy from your post. The pics, as usual are great! I totally love the ones of Molly and Riley (especially the one where Molly is trying to come up behind Riley but is obviously having a bit of difficulty). The mountain pics are just wonderful! I totally love mountain and water pictures. I will hopefully post my Canada trip pics this week. Can't wait to see your air show pics! Our air show is in August.
