Reading Witches Abroad last night (by Pterry). At one point Greebo is looking at masks for the ball and he picks up a ginger cat mask. Putting it on he says, "I always wanted to be ginger". My mind flashed to the Doctor when he regenerated into Ten and I couldn't help wondering if that's where RTD got it from

Well he stopped the regereration halfway through. Unless you mean Clone Doctor, who isn't actually a Timelord. So no, I don't think so.

I thought he'd shuffled the regen energy from his body into the hand, thus avoiding actually regenerating at all?
