HAHAHAHA, oh man, don't even bother worrying about the CAHSEE. It's an absolute joke. The only way to fail that exam is probably to pass out after filling in the bubbles about your name and what not, or being as dumb as a brick (no disrespect to bricks, though). Yeah, so I guess there are two ways to fail it.
