Gluey Tart: Restart

I actually talked about a yaoi manga in my yaoi manga column this week. Nothing like doing what you said you'd do (now and again; it's also important to keep the mystery in the relationship, isn't it?). If you're interested, have a look over at The Hooded Utilitarian.

I've been reading your columns - they're really good! And now I have a new source of manga to read. (When I have time. *sigh*)

One question, though - is The Love Boat taking a break? It was percolating along then just stopped; I don't know if I just missed a note about a sabbatical.

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying them; I was dubious about the whole project, but I've been enjoying it. I read manga on the train to and from work; it's about 15 minutes each way. That doesn't work as well if you drive, though.

There is enough of the Love Boat written to post it once a week until the polar ice caps melt and we all drown. There weren't many people reading it, though, and there were formatting difficulties, and the combination was creating a bit of a barrier. We were talking about what we should do about it recently -- VM thought she might post a bunch more chapters, but I think her allergies have sapped her will to live lately. The other idea was just to e-mail the whole damned thing to everyone who wants to read it. We'll talk about it again when she gets home and do a post of some sort about what's going on.

Thanks for asking about it, by the way! I really liked it, but I think I'm one of the few! We'll make sure you can read more of it one way or another, if you want to!

Yeah - my commute is 15 minutes, but driving. It'd be REAL short if I started reading during it, LOL.

Well, let us know what happens with The Love Boat - I liked it, I thought there was some traffic to it but I was just looking at comments. Hope vom_marlowe feels better soon. At any rate, though, Cheri Must Die.
