'present but did not see it'?! that's a lie. even when i'm not watching every single thing my students do, or if i step outside to go to the bathroom its a time issue. the bathroom is right across the hall and my door is open. first of all, i can hear everything they do and 2nd of all, nothing like that could happen in the 1 - 2 minutes it takes me to pee. she had to be seriously negligent, on drugs or something.
