Ok, well it now looks like we won't have the internet until the 31st of October - after setting up the hub and then re-setting it up about 5 times with no success, I called BT and they went 'um... we messed up your order, sorry

Oh well, at least we're having this problem right at the start rather than when we'd got everything working. Seriously, it's one thing to make me wait for the internet, but to actually take it away from me when I'm used to having it would be punishable by death. Perhaps.
