I'm definitely not looking forward to the rest of the year or afterward myself...if we're still even alive. I'm in a coding bootcamp now and am doing well in it, but I don't think I'd have ample opportunity to get work if things totally go to hell after I graduate in October.

Life is hard right now, this year hasn't exactly started off great. My film degree isn't even helping me with finding a second job. I'm not even in the right place to work in film thus why I need to save money to get out but like I said, it's a catch 22. I hope things get better for everyone but I'm such a pessimist I just don't have that much hope.

You should go to New York and see about getting a job there in the film industry? There are plenty of studios in Queens and one on Long Island. See if you can apply for some jobs. You might get lucky. There may be internships?
