You can always apply for grants and stuff hon. You would have to look into that when you go.

Definitely try to get some grants like the person above mentioned. I got an amazing one during grad school and it paid most of my tuition, which left me only struggling on rent and food.

UCLA is a much better deal $$$ than USC but they are both great schools. Good luck!
