Umm, i believe that after death our atoms separate and regroup or join in with other objects and organisms all over the universe ie trees or flowers or the like. I feel comfortable with this theory where a lot of others dont. I also base it on the theory that matter cannot be created nor destroyed. Very scientific and nerdy but, meh.
